How do I reset my password?

Please see below for a step by step guide on how to reset your password:
1) Click the "Forgotten / Reset Password" on the My Account Sign in page.
2) Enter your email address on the next screen, and click the Reset Password button.
3) A message will be displayed advising you an email has been sent to you, follow the instructions in the email to continue.
4) Click on the temporary URL hyperlink supplied in the email (You will be directed to a page on the site which requires you to enter the temporary password supplied in the email, and to choose and enter a new password for your account and to confirm your password.)
5) Highlight and copy the temporary password displayed with the hyperlink in the email and pasts this into the temporary password box.
6) When prompted click "set new password", a confirmation page is displayed confirming your password has been reset, and will invite you to sign in with your new password and email address.

Important Information

  • The details contained in the email we send is only valid for 24 hours and will expire if you do not use them you will need to request a new Password Reset email by completing steps 1 to 3 again.
  • If you remember your password and log in normally, your previous password will be retained.
  • If your email does not exist on the system, you will get an error message and will need to register with us.
  • The temporary password supplied with the link will not allow you to log into the website with your email address. It will only work on the on the specific page sent in the reset password email.

Please note that as the reset is sent by email, it may take a few minutes to arrive, and you might need to check your spam or junk mail folder to find the message.
