Booking confirmation
Planned maintenance to our smartcard system is scheduled on Saturday November 20th. It will still be possible to purchase Smartcard tickets from from tpexpress.co.uk during this time but you will not be able to collect your ticket until after 06:00 on Sunday November 21st - Tickets purchased prior to Saturday can still be loaded to Touch Smartcards at our Gates, validators and Ticket vending machines. Travel using your Touch Smartcard is not affected.

I have not received my booking confirmation by email, what should I do?

If you do not receive confirmation of your booking by email, you can re-create your confirmation by logging on to My Account. Follow the steps below:

  • View "My Bookings"
  • Select "View" for the relevant ticket or transaction
  • Select "Full Details"
  • Click "email this page" at the top of the screen and enter the email address you would like confirmation sent to
