Booking confirmation
Planned maintenance to our smartcard system is scheduled on Saturday April 17th between 08:00 and 17:00 – during this time Smartcard tickets cannot be purchased from tpexpress.co.uk - Tickets bought prior to this time can still be loaded to Touch Smartcards as normal. Travel using your Touch Smartcard is not affected.

I have not received my booking confirmation by email, what should I do?

If you do not receive confirmation of your booking by email, you can re-create your confirmation by logging on to My Account. Follow the steps below:

  • View "My Bookings"
  • Select "View" for the relevant ticket or transaction
  • Select "Full Details"
  • Click "email this page" at the top of the screen and enter the email address you would like confirmation sent to
