I have not received my booking confirmation by email, what should I do?
If you do not receive confirmation of your booking by email, you can re-create your confirmation by logging on to My Account. Follow the steps below:
- View "My Bookings"
- Select "View" for the relevant ticket or transaction
- Select "Full Details"
- Click "email this page" at the top of the screen and enter the email address you would like confirmation sent to
